Big Moves! Alan Myers issues Everton transfer update on 3 more mooted new signings.

Everton might yet sign two wingers and another central midfielder this summer, according to Alan Myers. On July 5, the Sky Sports journalist communicated with a Toffees fan on Twitter, indicating that some of the prospective new additions the club was considering were promising, and that a further trio of incoming agreements were not out of the question. Kevin Thelwell and Sean Dyche have brought in one midfielder, Tim Iroegbunam, returned winger Jack Harrison from Leeds United on loan, and signed versatile attacker Iliman Ndiaye from Marseille. When asked about probable moves, Myers replied, “There are a few who I’d like.”

Everton look to add more after Iliman Ndiaye’s signing.

The Toffees’ transfer window has started better than expected late last season, but this is still a lean group. Dyche has also lost depth with the departure of Andre Gomes and Dele Alli, as well as the sale of Ben Godfrey and Lewis Dobbin. Amadou Onana’s departure appears to be in the cards this summer as well [Myers, 14 June], and the Belgian international is reportedly interested in the Premier League and Europe, while Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s contract predicament may require his departure, as it did Godfrey’s.
