Ex Nigerian Journalist, Dr Kemi Lawrence revisited a case from 7 years ago in remembrance of the victims; DJ Gbemiga Abiodun and his friend Chime Amaechi who died on the 7th of October, 2017 after eating from a restaurant banana island in Lagos, Nigeria.

According to the Ex Journalist, the duo were poisoned and had puked blood like substances all over the black BMW car which was parked at the garage of DJ Olu’s home.

She also mentioned that they were poisoned with the intentions of killing them and she allegedly blamed the famous Nigerian musician DAVIDO who was also their friend when they were alive. she mentioned DAVIDO’S name in the video on her TikTok page and said what he did to them was bad and very wrong.

She further went on to say the parents of the deceased got to know about their son’s demise on social media after a certain blogger named Linda posted the news on her blog without consent from the victims families and when she was asked to put down the post she demanded for the sum of 750,000 naira before she would take it down.

Dr Kemi in her video further said that the case was dismissed as poisoning due to hard drugs and according to investigations some news, autopsy reports indicated that they died from carbon monoxide poisoning, likely due to the car’s engine being left running in an enclosed space.

Dr Kemi in her video also stated that she befriended the sister of one of the victims who was a pharmaceutical student who also confirmed to her allegations that they were poisoned intentionally.
